Service

drophost hosts static files you upload and serves them on a subdomain. It is provided as-is, without warranties of any kind, including uptime, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

Acceptable use

You may not use drophost to host or distribute illegal content, phishing, malware, child sexual abuse material, content that violates others' rights, or material intended to abuse infrastructure (spam, botnet C2, crypto mining via our bandwidth, etc.). You may not attempt to circumvent rate limits, authentication, or isolation between sites.

Your content

You retain ownership of content you upload. You grant us a limited license to store, process, and serve it solely to operate the service. You represent that you have the rights to upload and share that content.

Takedown

We may take down, delete, or block access to any site for abuse, legal risk, or operational needs, with or without notice. Report abuse at /abuse.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, drophost and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or business, arising from use of the service. Total liability for any claim is limited to zero dollars if the service is free, or amounts you paid us in the 12 months before the claim if ever paid.

Changes

We may change these terms or the service at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. If you disagree, delete your sites and stop using the service.
